Cancellation and Refund

Effective Date: March 20, 2025

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation:
    • Clients may cancel services or projects by providing written notice to reverbmedia.co@gmail.com.
    • Cancellation notice must be received 7 days prior to the project start date or service renewal date.
    • For ongoing monthly service contracts, cancellation requires 7 days written notice.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellation:
    • We reserve the right to cancel services or projects due to client breach of contract, non-payment, or other valid reasons.
    • We will provide written notice of cancellation, except in cases of immediate termination due to severe breach.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:
      • Cancellation within the specified notice period.
      • Failure to deliver agreed-upon services due to our error.
      • Refunds are not granted for client change of mind, or for work that has already been completed.
  • Refund Calculation:
    • Refund amounts will be determined based on the stage of project completion and expenses incurred.
    • Setup fees, third-party expenses, and non-refundable deposits are generally not eligible for refunds.
    • For monthly contracts, if cancellation occurs mid month, refunds will be prorated.
  • Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Setup fees.
  • Third-party expenses (e.g., domain registration, hosting, software licenses).
  • Work completed up to the point of cancellation.
  • Any deposits that are labelled as non-refundable.

4. Project Progress and Refunds

  • If a project is canceled after significant progress has been made, a partial refund may be issued, taking into account the completed work and expenses.
  • Any data or files produced up to the point of cancellation will be provided to the client upon payment of the amount owed for work completed.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will be resolved through Arbitration in Visakhapatnam

6. Changes to This Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on our website.
