Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Reverb Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
We provide digital marketing and website development services, including but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Social media marketing/Meta ads
- Content creation
- Email marketing
- Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising/Google ads
- Performance marketing
- Whatsapp marketing
- Amazon marketing
- LinkedIn management
- Website maintenance and support
- Analytics and reporting
The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate project proposal or service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information required for project completion.
- Respond to our requests for feedback and approvals within a reasonable timeframe.
- Obtain all necessary licenses and permissions for content provided to us.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Promptly report any issues or concerns regarding our services.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment schedules will be outlined in the project proposal or service agreement.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you will own the final website design and content created specifically for your project, excluding third party libraries and code that is used.
- We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, software, or methodologies used in the provision of our services.
- We retain the right to use any general code libraries that are used in the development of the website.
- We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific services in question.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
- We are not responsible for any down time that occurs from hosting providers, or 3rd party plugins, or software.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days written notice.
- Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- We may terminate the agreement immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.
- In case of termination, any files or data belonging to the client will be delivered to the client upon full payment of services rendered.
9. Warranty
- We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
- We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- We do not provide warranty on issues caused by 3rd party plugins, or other software, or hosting providers.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through Arbitration in Visakhapatnam.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with any project proposals or service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
